The camp is located at Blessed Sacrament School on 70th and Broadway. We use the school as our home base and drop off / pick up spot. After the morning cheers and announcements, we head out to the parks nearby. We return to school for lunch time but the majority of the camp day is spent outside.
The camp day starts at 9am, although early drop off starts as early as 8:00am for working parents. The camp will go until 4pm. Families can pick up anytime between 4 and 4:30pm. If your family needs after-care post 4:30pm, you can sign up for our after-care program that runs until 6pm.
Not a problem! You can let the camp directors know at the desk that morning and we'll make sure your camper is back at the school ready for pickup.

We do not allow parents to be on site throughout the camp day. Campers get distracted easily and we want to ensure they're getting the most out of their experience with us! Camp Directors will keep you updated on the week's schedule and any special theme days your children can participate in.
Our camp is an active day! Campers should wear sneakers that they can be outside in and clothes that they can play games in. Younger campers are encouraged to bring an extra set of clothes to camp to leave for the summer.
Each campsite has a Health Director. In addition, a majority of our staff is First Aid, AED, and CPR certified. We also have an RN on call during camp in case we need to consult further. We'll also be in touch with families immediately in case there is a medical condition we need to address.
Please bring the Epi-pen with you to camp, clearly labeling it. Speak to the camp directors about the specific allergies so that we are able to educate their specific counselors. In the case of an emergency, our team would assist with the Epi-pen.
In order to enroll, you'll need to fill out our registration form on the website, putting down the deposit for camp. Leading up to camp, we'll also ask you to complete some paperwork (trip consent, pick up the waiver, and health form) to make sure that your camper is ready to go for the summer!
We'll begin sending updated camp balances after you register. We ask that families take care of the balance before coming to camp on the first day. For families that need flexibility to pay week to week, please reach out to us directly to set up a payment plan.
If you register for camp and would like to cancel certain weeks, you can do so before June 15th. This will be a full refund, minus the $100 deposit per week registered for. There will be no refunds or credits granted after June 15th.
