Hello St. Margaret Families! We’re excited to begin another semester of Enrichment in the Spring, which will begin on January 28th. Please review the calendar and program descriptions carefully before registering. When you’re ready to register, click on the orange button and proceed through the checkout.
A 10% sibling discount is applied when 2 or more children within the same family are registered for the same type of class (*for exceptions, see class descriptions below). They can be in different sections of the class, but must take part in the same activity to receive the discount. As there are different vendors providing classes, discounts are not able to be shared across the program. The discount amount will be refunded back to your credit card once both children are enrolled in the same activity – no promo code is necessary.
Example of discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade Basketball will both receive the sibling discount.
Example of no discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade STEM will NOT receive the sibling discount, as they are enrolled in different activities.
Refund Policy: Within the first 2 full weeks of Enrichment classes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your class purchase, you may transfer your child into another class (fees may apply due to varied class costs). No refunds will be given after the second full week of Enrichment classes.
No Enrichment Classes on: 2/4, 2/18, 4/15-4/25, 5/27 5/28. These closings are based on school holiday closings and other school events/occasions.
Canceled Classes: Should an Enrichment class date be canceled by the instructor, a make-up class will be held during the week of January 22nd at the request of the program director of that class. No make up classes will be held for snow-days or other inclement weather closings.
After-School Procedures: All Pre-K & Kindergarten students are picked up by KING staff from their after-school room and brought to their designated Enrichment classes. School teachers bring students in 1st-8th grade to the cafeteria where they will be supervised while waiting for their Enrichment classes to begin.
Pick-Up Procedures: Please list any adults that are authorized to pick up your child from school or enrichment class. Parents pick up children at the side door of the gym (nearest to the parking lot). Any child remaining after 5pm will be brought to the school’s After-School program (fees may apply).
If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed on the “Child Pick-Up and Release Liability form”. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
with this information, and it will be forwarded to the instructor and staff members.
Students waiting in the KING room are allowed to eat a snack if packed from home. If you’d like your child to have a snack at this time, please be sure to pack one each day as KING will not have any to offer.
