A 10% sibling discount is applied for all siblings after the first when 2 or more children within the same family are registered for the same type of class. They can be in different sections of the class, but must take part in the same activity to receive the discount. As there are different vendors providing classes, discounts are not able to be shared across the program.

Example of discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade Basketball will receive the sibling discount.
Example of no discount: A brother in Kindergarten Basketball and a sister in 3rd grade STEM will NOT receive the sibling discount, as they are enrolled in different activities.

To receive the sibling discount: A 10% sibling discount is applied for all siblings after the first when 2 or more children within the same family are registered for the same enrichment class. The sibling discount difference will be refunded after the first few weeks of program.

When signing up for Enrichment, after-school care is included until 5pm on the day the child is registered for the Enrichment class. If your child’s Enrichment class ends earlier than 5pm, it is not required they stay until that time. You’re welcome to pick up any time after the class ends.

Children in the Enrichment Program will have the option to participate in the KING+ program which provides additional care until 5:45pm. Students in the KING+ will be charged a flat fee of $20/day.

Between dismissal and when their class starts, students will have homework help (if applicable), eat snack, and take part in supervised activities with their Kids in the Game coaches.

Within the first two full weeks of Enrichment classes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your class purchase, you may transfer your child into another class. Fees may apply due to varied class costs. No refunds will be given after the second full week of Enrichment classes. There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, transferring, unexpected circumstances, etc.

During class, it is asked that parents, guardians, siblings, and other friends and family remain outside the school/classroom unless otherwise instructed by the teacher of the class. While it is always a pleasure to see everyone, the excitement can distract the students and divert attention from the instructor.

If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. Children may only be released to parents/guardians that have been authorized by you. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. Please email ps198m@kidsinthegame.com with this information.

Experiment with combining live action with animation, as well as effects like drawing on each frame, and utilizing green screens and stock footage. Children learn to create their own sounds and special effects to add to their shorts as they work in post-production finishing their animated shorts. Kids will explore various stop-motion and digital animation techniques, and create a variety of both 2D as well as 3D projects.

Participants will dive into drawing techniques and create original characters and personalities. Next, the comic will be translated into a digital drawing, as kids learn to bring their comic to life using Procreate! Kids will learn frame-by-frame animation and make a short animation.

  • Karate

Karate lies in the heart, not the hands. We believe Karate is not for fighting, but rather for character development. Physical fitness is a primary focus, followed by detailed subject matter to stimulate the mind. We work on our feelings and behaviors as they power our strong Karate Spirit. Our class aims to build fearless and compassionate students and equip them with tools that they can use outside of the classroom. Of course, students will learn to defend themselves physically, but more importantly they will learn to defend themselves emotionally as well. Students will learn the history of the art, basic self-defense, anti-bullying techniques, how to stop attacks, and more. We strive to make classes fun and jam-packed with a combination of both serious and playful activities.
