We had the chance to sit down with Austen Zoutewelle, the Expansion, Policy and Performance Coordinator at the NYC Department of Education. She works won the procurement Team within the Division of Early Childhood Education’s Expansion Team. Their focus is to expand early education services (birth-to-five years old) in community-based organizations.
