Hello OLP Families! We’re looking forward to beginning our After-school program in the Fall, which will begin on September 10th, 2018. Please review the calendar and program descriptions carefully before registering. When you’re ready to register, click on the orange button and proceed through the checkout.
If you have 2 children in the After-School Program, you will be eligible for a 10% discount.
Program dates: September 10th – June 14th (*Pre-K & K will end on June 13th)
No After-school program on: 9/25, 10/8, 10/15, 10/31, 11/21, 11/22, 11/23, 12/21, 12/24-1/2, 1/21, 2/15-2/22, 3/18, 4/17-4/26, 5/24, and 5/27
These closings are based on school holiday closings and other school events/occasions.
After-School Procedures: Teachers will bring Pre-K & K students to KING room at end of each day. 1st – 8th grade students go directly to KING room at dismissal. Coaches will then take students to enrichment classes, if applicable.
Pick-Up Procedures: Please list any adults that are authorized to pick up your child from school or afterschool class. At dismissal, Enrichment class teachers will bring students to the main entrance of the school to be picked up by their parents/guardians. Shortly after the class dismisses from the front lobby, any children remaining will be brought to the KING room, (charges may apply unless they are enrolled in the main after school program). Students dismissing from regular after school will be dismissed from KING room.
If participating in an active Enrichment class, please be sure to pack a change of clothes appropriate for the activity. PreK students: KING staff members and Enrichment providers help change into activewear before class begins. K-2nd grade students: Utilize bathrooms outside KING room to change. 3rd-8th students: Change prior to class.
Children may only be released to parents/guardians listed on the “Child Pick-Up and Release Liability form”. These can be updated at any point in the session by the parent/guardian of the child. K – 2nd grades students will be allowed to eat snack before their enrichment class. Pre-K – 8th enrolled in the Full program will be allowed to eat snack during their Homework help and Snack time.

Absolutely! Each day they will participate in exciting activities with their coaches and KING specialists which are sure to keep them entertained and engaged!
Pick-up time is anytime between 3:00pm-6:00pm.
Your child will remain with KING staff in the building and there will be a $30 late fee for every 15 minutes past 6:00pm that the students remain in KING care.
While in KING, children will rotate between a variety of activities each day. They will play sports with a KING sports specialist, create STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) projects, enjoy stories and creative play with their counselors, and participate in enrichment activities.
Cost is NOT pro-rated for sickness, school breaks, snow days, absences, family emergencies, or any other reasons.
Cost is NOT pro-rated for early pick-ups.
Families that do not pay by the first of the month are not able to attend the program and will be brought to the office to have families called.
If a child has an outstanding tuition balance for OLP, they will not be eligible for KING after-care and will be brought to the office to have parents called.
